I am trying to install skedler on Redhat system but I am getting this error
How to resolve this?
Hi Pinki,
Seems like a RHEL vs. Skedler version mismatch. For Skedler Reports, there are two different versions for Linux - one for RHEL7 and another for RHEL6. For Skedler Alerts, we currently support only RHEL7.
What version of RHEL are you installing Skedler on? 6 or 7?
Thanks
Shankar
I am installing skedler on RHEL 6.1
Thanks for the clarification.
Yes I have tried that but I am getting same error
Hi Pinki,
Sorry for the inconvenience. One of our engineers will connect with you to set up a web conference and get you started.
Regards
Shankar
