Introduction

Report history is a collection of previously run copies of a report. You can use report history to maintain a record of a report over time. Report history is an extension of a report. The reports can be viewed based on the time range.

Note: The similar process is followed for a standard schedule report.


Step-by-Step Instruction


Report Summary

  • The default time range is Today with the number of documents set to 10. You can change the time range and also increase the document count.


  • You can also change time range and also the number of documents and click on GO.
  • You can view the graphical representation of the total number of the generated reports in the Report Count chart for the given time range in the Charts section.
  • You can view the graphical representation of the generated reports for the given time range in the Report Trend chart in the Charts section.
  • The reports that are scheduled for the given time range is displayed in the Reports List section.
  • The Report List section displays the following details,
    • Report Name - Name of the generated report
    • Format - List of format configured for the report for the during the time of report generation.
    • Schedule - Last scheduled details of the report
    • Last Report Time - Last report generated time of the report
    • Sent - Total number of sent reports
    • Failed - Total number of failed reports
    • Notification Type - Report Actions configured for the report


  • The report summary page displays the list of scheduled reports for the specified time range. Click the particular report to view the report details of the scheduled report


Report History

  • The report history page displays the details of a scheduled report for the specified time range.


  • You can also change time range and also the number of documents and click on GO.
  • You can view the graphical representation of the total number of the generated reports in the Report Count chart for the given time range in the Charts section.
  • You can view the graphical representation of the generated reports for the given time range in the Report Trend chart in the Charts section.
  • The reports that are scheduled for the given time range is displayed in the Reports List section.
  • The Report list displays the following section 
    • Report Name - Name of the generated report
    • Generated Time - Report generation time of the specified report
    • Format - List of format configured for the report for the during the time of report generation. 
      • Click the format pdf to view the generated PDF report for that generated time.
    • Mail Status/Slack Status  - If the Report Action - Mail/Slack is configured for the report then the Mail/Slack Status is set to either success or failure. In case of failure status, the reason for failure is displayed on hover.  
    • Recipients - Recipients list for the report is displayed.


Search a report


Search based on tags

Search based on tags can be applied to both Report Summary and Report History pages. 

Place the cursor on the search bar this will auto-populate the list of available tags which you can apply to the reports.


For example, type the following search string in the search bar format:pdf and notificationtype:slack and click the search icon the result of the search is displayed


Filter based on column

Filter based on coulmn can be applied to both Report Summary and Report History pages. 

You can filter the reports based on column.


Select the specified column to filter and type the text that you want to search. For example, for the column Format type excel in the text field. The result for the filter is displayed.
