Introduction

This article explains how to preview and email your saved report instantly.

Pre-requisites

• A scheduled report in Skedler. Refer How to create and schedule a custom report based on Kibana dashboard

Note: The similar process is followed for a standard schedule report.

Step-by-Step Instruction

Download an instant report

1. Click the PDF icon to download  the report.

3. The reports gets download to the system Downloads

Download an instant report with filters

1. Click the PDF icon to download the report with a filter.

2. Select Filter Query pop is displayed, select filter query which needs to be applied to the report and Click the Download button to download the report.

3. The filter is applied to the report and the custom PDF report is generated to the system Downloads

Email an instant report

1. Click the Action drop-down and select the Email Report option to instantly Email a report
