Mail not received

  •  Run skedler in debug mode.
  • Open the log file at log/skedler.log in skedler directory
  • Check the log for line similar to this

 [2015-10-30 06:13:28.656] [ERROR] skedler - ServiceLayer - Error in mail transport


To resolve this:

  • Check the mail configuration details configured in Email Configuration page.
    1. Check whether Port is configured correctly.
    2. If the mail server supports SSL authentication check SSL.
    3. If the mail server requires authentication check the Enable password and fill the Password field.
