How does the issue actually occur for a user?

If the user's server(Skedler hosted box) reboot automatically which are already been configured time zone will be removed by default.

Do the following to resolve this issue:

1) Could you please change your Skedler hosted server system time to the existing time zone which is already set and also restart your Skedler after setting up your timezone.

2) After restarting your Skedler just go to configuration -> Advanced Settings edit Timezone and save your timezone again.
